Medford Approves $147k Emergency Manager Position

City of Medford officials will set aside more than $200 thousand dollars in their next biannual budget to pay for an 'emergency manager'. Only one councilor sustained an objection saying the cost could become unbearable on the city's budget claiming the current results as seen in other cities where public pensions have become increasingly high.
