Medford, Ore. --- Those who use water from the Medford Irrigation District will soon have to find another source.
The district says they will completely run out of water around September 8, which is earlier than normal but later than expected with this year's drought.
While many farmers could be left scrambling to find other sources of water, the owners of Daisy Creek Vineyards in Jacksonville say they shouldn't be affected because this year's hot and dry summer has sped up their harvesting season.
This is the earliest they've run out of irrigation water since 1994.
