Medford man accused of beating man to death to appear in court Thursday

Medford, Ore. -- Jury selection is winding to a close and a trial for the Medford man accused of beating another man to death with a golf club is expected to begin Thursday.

In 2012 Travis Asbill plead not guilty to murder charges.

He is accused of killing 54 year-old Donald Mack with a golf club on June 3rd of 2012.

Asbill was on parole for the attempted murder of another man in 2004, when he was arrested for allegedly murdering Mack.
