More is coming to light about Bourne Huddleston the retired marine veteran suspected of shooting and killing his wife last Friday. Tonight their are new charges of a murder-for hire-plot.
Originally charged with the murder of his wife, Kristy Huddleston, Bourne, her former husband, now he faces a total of six charges including soliciting her murder and illegal possession of a silencer to a weapon. Tonight there are shocking charges brought by state prosecutors as 34 year-old, Bourne Huddleston was arraigned at the Jackson County Court House. His son and other family were also in the courtroom. His former wife 34 year old Kristy, who he worked helping veterans at the Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Clinics Center in White City.
Tonight, five new charges, including a murder-for-hire plot. State prosecutor Dave Hoppe, believes, Huddleston tried to hire someone to kill his wife, but ended up doing it himself. the 43 year- old, retired Marine Gunnery Sergeant, Bourne Huddleston was arrested close to an hour after police found his wife shot to death inside their home. Nearby their ten year-old son, who was unharmed. Huddleston is in jail charged with murder, and two other measure eleven crimes, and could face at least 37 years in prison if found guilty. He's being represented by a court-appointed attorney. His family declined to make any statements. The next step, evidence will be presented to a grand jury on Thursday, Huddleston is back in court in three weeks
