Police say they've arrested a man, accused of taking deposits from bank drop-boxes.

Police suspect two people have been caught on surveillance at least six times, fishing deposits out of outside drop boxes.

Corporal Steve Furst says one of the suspects is in custody.

"We do believe that he is involved, we believe we have the vehicle that we're looking for that was in the press release, but at this time, we still don't have a lot of information as it appears there may be several cases throughout Southern Oregon that could be connected to this suspect and the one additional male suspect that was seen in some of the video that is not in custody."

As the investigation continues, police are looking for the second suspect.

Similar thefts have been reported in the Central Point and Grants Pass areas, but it's not yet clear if the incidents are related.
