An early morning chase sends multiple law enforcement agencies after a stolen car reaching speeds over 100 miles per hour.

Around 1 am Thursday morning, officials attempted to pull over a silver BMW sedan, speeding on Highway 234, near Table Rock Road.

Officials say the car did not stop, and a chase ensued, leading officers onto Highway 62.

At one point, officials say the car reached speeds of 120 miles per hour.

Officials say the car then turned onto Hammel Road, where the two suspects stopped the car, and fled on foot into the surrounding fields.

Officials initiated a search, and found one of the suspects, Bobby Shane Charlton.

He was arrested and booked in the Jackson County Jail, charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle.

At this point, the second suspect is still on the loose.

Police have since called off the search, and recovered the car, which police say was stolen from the BMW lot on Central Avenue in Medford earlier this week.

Officials say the next step is looking for DNA evidence of the second suspect in the car.
