Oregon's public schools will be graded on a new grading system thanks to approval from a Federal Judge on Wednesday.
The new system will replace the nation's 'No Child Left Behind' law.
Oregon's Education Advisor, Ben Cannon says the new plan will give Oregonians more control over what and how schools are taught.
The new grading system will begin in the 2013-2014 school year.
