With a dollar bill in his right hand the teen approaches the man in a fighting stance. they exchange words and the joking ensues... but a smile never crosses Dans face. At several times he turns to walk away but the kids are having their time. A video in response posted later shows Dan again this time agreeing with the suspected mother of the child, that they kids were only joking. Still the video has captured a lot of negative response, and the police are looking into it.
