This week pacific retirement services and the Rogue Valley Manor residents are scheduled to meet back at the table.
Residents and manor officials say the meeting will be between the two groups' lawyers to see if they can come to a resolution. It's happening after seven Rogue Valley Manor board members were dismissed in August by their parent company, PRS.
If no agreement is made, officials say a lawsuit against PRS is likely.
The manor board claimed residents are being over charged for fees to support less successful PRS ventures. PRS says they won't waiver from listening to residents and their concerns.
