A new way of learning may be coming to the city of Rogue River.
A second local public charter school has recently been proposed but it would be online only.
The school would be designed for grades 9 through 12.
Officials involved say it would be like a regular high school with teachers and administrators.
They are hoping to open as soon as this coming fall.
The school district board has scheduled a public hearing Thursday, on the proposal.
It starts at 5 PM in the student center at Rogue River High School.
