The investigation will continue Wednesday after a semi-truck caught fire closing the northbound lanes of I-5.
The semi-truck was carrying a load of almonds near Rice Hill around 5:30 Tuesday morning, when the truck caught fire.
It took crews longer than expected to contain the blaze.
Officials say the almonds were hard to extinguish once they caught fire.
The interstate was closed while crews cleaned the freeway.
Reports say the trailer was completely destroyed, luckily, no one was injured.
