Shutdown Effect On Food Stamps

If the government shutdown continues, the supplemental nutrition program could be on the chopping block.    

Funding for food stamps expires at the end of October, so food pantries are preparing in case they need to pick up the slack. 

NBC 5'S Roma Villavicencio has the report.
