State Admits to Being Passive in Coastal Financial Crisis

The state has admitted to being too passive toward Curry and other counties that are in a financial crisis.

Michael Jordan, head of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services made the announcement Friday.

Jordan explained that the state was occupied with state problems.

Officials are still struggling to find the funds for counties in need.
