A man drops a suspicious package off at the Jack-in-the-Box in Phoenix Sunday afternoon, telling employees the box is full of explosives, prompting an evacuation of the area.

Police received the call just around 5 o'clock , they closed down part of Highway 99 for some time and a nearby RV Park was evacuated.
