Medford teachers have gone eight months without a contract and they say they haven't had a pay increase since 2008.

It's been an ongoing issue with the Medford School District and Friday the district proposed a new offer and some teachers demand fairness.

NBC 5's Roma Villavicencio spoke to a woman who has been teaching for 30 years and isn't satisfied with the new contract.

She files this report.
