Medford, Ore. -

Today, Medford teachers will vote on whether or not to strike. The Medford Education Association will meet tonight at 5:00 pm at the Ramada Inn. That's where they'll decide whether or not to accept the District's latest proposal, or take action that could result in a strike.
Teachers and the District have been in negotiations for nearly a year. The major sticking points through all this were pay and pensions.

The vote will take place around 6:00 pm. That meeting is not open to the public.
