In Grants Pass, a 16 year old teen was taken into custody, after police say he stole a car, threatening the owner with a gun.

Back on October 16th, officials say the teen hid behind a seat in the car and demanded the keys from the owner when she approached.

Then on November 5th, police responded to a crash in Colonial Valley. They determined the car was stolen, and arrested Guillermo Castro.

He's facing charges of robbery in the first degree and theft one, among others. Castro is currently in the Jackson County Juvenile Detention Center.
