The lawsuit against Terri Horman, the step-mother of missing Oregon boy Kyron, could be delayed by two years.

Terri Horman's lawyers are requesting the delay, after Kyron's mom desiree young filed the lawsuit last month.

Young is asking for $10 million in damages.

Kyron was last seen at Skyline Elementary school in Portland on June 4th of 2010.

Police say Terri Horman was the last known person to see him before he went missing, however she has not been labeled as a person of interest, or a suspect.

The lawsuit was filed a month ago. A Multnomah County Circuit Judge is scheduled to hear the motion on August 15th.
