Town Hall meeting held for deploying guard soldiers

Medford, Ore.-- A Town Hall meeting was held at the Medford Armory Wednesday night to inform family members of the First Battalion, 186th Infantry about their deployment this summer.

300 soldiers with the Oregon Army National Guard will head to Afghanistan. Before they leave, they'll be training in Fort Hood, Texas for 60 days.
