Oregon State Police are investigating their own standards after an officer tazed an 11 year old autistic child last weekend in Ashland.

Oregon State Police say they didn't know that the child was autistic nor that she just was 11 year old.

But one witness who saw it all says he thinks officers went too far.

NBC 5's Kyle Aevermann spoke with the witness and files this report.
