Good news on the housing front. A new report out shows that Americans bought more homes in July than in June.
The latest numbers released Wednesday by the National Association of realtors show that the industry is growing, but at a very slow and uneven pace.
The number of first time home-buyers rose to 34 percent of sales, and according to experts, first time buyers typically make up 40 percent of sales in a healthy market.
The report also confirmed several recent study's that show home prices are continuing to rise nationwide.
