Sleeping Yankees fan sues ESPN for $10 million

N.Y. -- SBNation.com is reporting that a Yankees fan caught sleeping at a Yankees vs. Red Sox game believes he was defamed and is now suing ESPN, the New York Yankees, and announcers Dan Shulman and John Kruk. Andrew Rector is asking for $10 million for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
