GMO Labeling

Ashland, Ore. -- The push for GMO labeling takes center stage in Ashland.
Dozens gathered at Ashland’s Bellevue Grange Monday night to talk about measure-92.

They also watched a newly released film called, "GMO, OMG". The executive producer of the film was there and says the measure makes sense.

Elizabeth Kucinich said "this initiative is really about somebodies right to know what they're eating. It’s not a question of whether something is safe or unsafe. It’s really a question of whether you have the right to know what it is that you're feeding yourself.”

Actor Bill Pullman was also there, he's filming a movie called "Brothers in Law" at the Lake of the Woods in Klamath Falls, and he’s also a supporter of GMO labeling. The issue will go before voters in November.
