Grants Pass man arrested at Jefferson State Hemp Expo

Grants Pass, Ore. -- Oregon State Police arrested 27 year old Timothy Seaux at the Jefferson State Hemp Expo in Josephine County on Sunday morning.

When police arrived on scene Seaux, who was naked and combative, was being restrained in the parking lot by four men. Witnesses also pointed out a vehicle in the parking lot that they say Seaux heavily damaged while two women sat inside.

After taking Seaux into custody officials say he became combative and he was sedated by medical personnel before being transported to a Grants Pass hospital for a medical examination.

Seaux is being held in the Josephine County Jail on multiple charges including Criminal Mischief in the First Degree, Menacing, Assaulting a Public Safety Officer, and Resisting Arrest.
