22 Pounds Of Meth Off Klamath Falls Streets

This morning, over 20 pounds of meth is off Kamath Falls streets.

Police say they pulled-over a couple on Highway 97 Saturday... during a routine traffic stop and say that's when something made them want to look further.

"After having a conversation with the driver and the passenger of the vehicle, they continued on, and expanded the scope of that to search the vehicle, and located several pounds, an enormous quantity of methamphetamine."

Police seized 22 pounds of methamphetamine in the search.

38 year old Sandra Guillen-Avila of Washington and 24 year old Jeronimo Novoa-Deal of California are both jailed on drug charges.
