Help is on the way for three more Oregon counties dealing with the drought.
Governor Kitzhaber declared drought emergencies Monday in Josephine, Grant and Wheeler counties.
They join Jackson, Lake, and Klamath among others.
The declaration allows increased flexibility in how water is managed so that the limited supplies are used as efficiently as possible.
The declaration also makes counties eligible for federal money.
