Medford, Ore. -- Months after investigators discovered two bodies buried on a Rogue River property we've learned the name of alleged serial killer Susan Monica's second victim.

Investigators identified the remains as 59 year-old Stephen Frank Delicino of Wimer.

His body was discovered back in January at Monica's 20 acre farm.

Jackson County Sheriffs Deputies believe Delecino worked as a handyman there.

They say Monica murdered Delicino in the summer of 2012 befor burying his body on the property.
