Semi-truck crashes near Prospect

Prospect, Ore.  A Les Schwab truck driver was seriously injured this morning after crashing head-on into a tree on highway 62 near Prospect.           

Authorities say 50 year old Gary D. Flory of Redmond was traveling westbound on highway 62 near milepost 50 when he lost control of his truck and went off the road.   

He collided head on with a tree and had to be extricated from the truck. Flory was seriously injured and flown to RRMC  in Medford. 

ODOT says to expect delays of at least 15 minutes if traveling through the area.
