Status, as of March 25th, of dispensaries in Southern Oregon

Here's where some of southern Oregon stands right now in relation to medical marijuana dispensaries:

  • Gold Hill voted to ban dispensaries until they create an ordinance outlining rules
  • Eagle Point has also voted to ban dispensaries until they create an ordinance outlining rules
  • Medford has voted not to allow dispensaries at all
  • Phoenix has a four month ban in affect
  • Talent has said it will allow dispensaries with some restrictions
  • Ashland changed it's code to allow them, but is now considering a ban
  • Jackson County voted to temporarily ban dispensaries
  • Klamath Falls has voted to allow dispensaries with some restrictions
  • Josephine County also voted to temporarily ban dispensaries
  • Klamath County does not currently have any ordinances or bans in place
