For over two years now, we’ve faced the threat of COVID-19, along with ongoing disruptions to our personal and professional lives. It’s no wonder feelings of fear, anxiety and isolation persist. And it’s easy to understand why substance use and mental health issues are on the rise. That’s why OnTrack Rogue Valley, Options for Southern Oregon, ColumbiaCare, Addictions Recovery Center (ARC) and BoulderCare have partnered with Jackson Care Connect and KOBI-TV to offer Mental Health Minute.
Mental Health Minute offers coping strategies for a variety of mental health issues, including depression, substance use, addiction recovery and everyday challenges we all face. Everyone needs help at times. It’s important to remember you’re not alone.
