Jackson County, Ore. — Nearly half-a-million dollars was awarded to 17 Jackson County non-profits. That’s the highest amount from Oregon Community Foundation in the county.
Amy Cuddy, OCF senior program officer for Southern Oregon said, “Our volunteer grant evaluators worked very hard to review more than 30 applications and the quality was uniformly high.”
The grants were awarded to the following non-profits:

Medford First Christian Church, $5,000

Rogue Retreat, $50,000
Rogue River School District, $15,000
ScienceWorks Hands-On Museum, $20,000
Southern Oregon ESD, $30,000
Oregon Land Conservancy. $75,000
