Grants Pass, Ore. — Crews started working before sunrise Tuesday morning wrangling animals, setting up food stands and safety checking rides before the Josephine County Fair begins Wednesday morning.
Manager of the Josephine County Fairgrounds Peggy Anderson said, “The halls are full and I think that’s the first time we’ve seen that in a few years. We have no room for outside vendors and that’s a beautiful thing.”
The fair runs Wednesday through Saturday. Wednesday has discounted admission for veterans and seniors.
