Medford, Ore. — One Medford resident may be 3.8 million dollars richer today. Time is ticking as the Megabucks prize still goes unclaimed today.
The winning numbers for the Oregon Megabucks Lottery were announced Wednesday and Oregon Lottery has confirmed the winning ticket was purchased in Medford. The exact location is not public information yet.
Chuck Bauman, senior public affairs officer with the Oregon Lottery says there is a few thing the winner should do before they claim their prize in Salem.
The payment breakdown after taxes for the 30 year annuity comes out to 84 thousand annually or a lump sum of 1.3 million.
The winning number drawn Wednesday are; 8, 18, 27, 35, 39, 22. The winner has one year to claim their prize.
