Arrest made in Grants Pass bank robbery

GRANTS PASS, Ore. — Police in Grants Pass have made an arrest in connection with a bank robbery on Monday.

Gabriel Suiter was arrested Wednesday. Suiter is accused of robbing the Umpqua Bank on F Street.

According to the Grants Pass Department of Public Safety, Suiter was found at a local transient camp with several thousand dollars, some still wrapped in bundles.

He is lodged at the Josephine County Jail on robbery and theft charges.
