911 Outage in Myrtle Creek

Myrtle Creek, Ore., — A 911 outage in Douglas County is preventing Myrtle Creek residents from calling the emergency number from land lines.

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office says they don’t know when it will be fixed.

The outage is affecting nearly 4,000 people.

Residents can still call 911 from their cell phones.

There are also fire fighters at the Myrtle Creek Police Department if anyone needs help.
