Air quality advisory issued

MEDFORD, Ore. – An air quality advisory has been issued for all areas east of the Cascades Friday including Jackson County.

The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality issued the advisory due to smoke from wildfires in Oregon and Southern Washington.

According to the National Weather Service, smoky conditions could last until at least Monday.
