Alleged Portland marijuana dispensary burglars arrested

1125-marijuana-arrestsPortland, Ore. – Portland police responded to a burglary alarm at a marijuana dispensary on Thursday, November 24th at around 4:15 p.m.

The Portland Police Bureau said when officers arrived at Allied Patient Care Dispensary on Southeast Powell Boulevard, they saw three suspects running from the business. One suspect was quickly apprehended while the other hid within the surrounding neighborhood.

Police said a K9 unit arrived at the scene to assist, and the two other suspects were located and arrested without incident.

According to officers, a van with a running engine was found parked across the street from the dispensary. Inside, police found marijuana plants and a rifle.

Joshua Nathan Nice, Winston Oscar Mcloed and Seth Laban Williams were booked into the Multnomah County Jail. All three were charged with burglary.
