Ashland bank robbery suspect released

Ashland, Ore. — A man accused of robbing a bank in Ashland on Wednesday was released from jail the next day.

David Dean Johnson was caught yesterday evening t the Cedarwood Inn.

Police say he went into the Wells Fargo Bank on Main Street in downtown Ashland and demanded money from two tellers.

He’s facing burglary and robbery charges.
