Ashland, Ore. — There’s only one more day to cut weeds and grass down to compliance, or you could face a fine.
The Ashland Fire Department is reminding residents about the weed abatement ordinance.
In preparation for the upcoming fire season, weeds and grass have to be under 4 inches in height by Wednesday.
Residents who have taller vegetation in their yard can receive a citation, and a bill for abatement and administrative costs.
