HOUSTON, Texas – Former first lady Barbara Bush has died at the age of 92, NBC News reports.
The wife of former President George H.W. Bush was recently hospitalized for an undisclosed medical condition. She chose not to seek additional medical treatment to instead focus on comfort care.
According to a family statement, Barbara Bush was “surrounded by family she adores and appreciates.”
