(KRNV) For many children, their birthday is the holiday that tops all others, but one Reno, Nevada boy hasn’t been thinking about what he would be getting, he’s been talking about what he is giving.
Killian Ryan asked to donate all of his toys to other children who needed them more.
Killian’s mom, Mishon Shanley, says he’s always been very giving.
His gesture did take one person by surprise, however.
“I’ve never seen that before, where a boy says ‘I’m gonna give it away to a boy that needs it more than I do.'” says Marty Ozer, executive director of Ronald McDonald House Reno, where Killian delivered the toys.
