Car crashes into Rogue River

JOSEPHINE COUNTY, Ore. – A driver was reportedly “spinning donuts” and lost control of their vehicle, rolling it into the Rogue River near Griffin Park Thursday.

Rural Metro Fire said all the car’s occupants got out of the car on their own.

Rescue crews were also helped out by some good Samaritans in kayaks and paddleboards from across the river.

There were no reported injuries.
