Children’s heritage fair

05.28 FAIRCentral Point, Ore., — Kids from all over the valley learned different skills with Hanley Farm’s “Children’s Heritage Fair” in Central Point today.

The entertaining, and historical fair aims to teach children about the agricultural traditions of the region.

Kids enjoyed hands on crafts, making their own food, and live music.

“I liked washing the clothes over there” said Caitlyn Carrick.

“It’s a grinder where stuff comes out when you turn it.” said Toren Dials.

The working farm is owned by the Southern Oregon Historical Society and was established in 1857.
