Coffee with a Cop moves downtown

Medford, Ore — Last year’s ‘Coffee With a Cop’ was such a success Medford Police decided to give it another go at a venue downtown.

Police officers sat down for a friendly chat with Medford locals at Bergs Bakery Wednesday morning.

Coffee With a Cop started as a way to connect with the community on a personal level, since then it’s grown into something bigger.

“These are real feel-good events and sometimes we hear about things we need to fix or work on, and we want to hear about those as well,” said Deputy Chief Brett Johnson.

Deputy Chief Johnson says this is likely one of many future ‘Coffee With a Cop’ events.
