APPLEGATE, Ore. – People who live near flu-mitt Flumet Flat Campground in the Applegate may be seeing smoke or flames Tuesday.
The Siskiyou Mountains Ranger District is burning handpiles behind the campground.
They started around 8:30 Tuesday morning.
The US Forest Service has an online map which lists current and scheduled burns as well as their size. You can view that map HERE.
