Crash leaves cars stacked in Baltimore

NC_crazycrash0316_700x394Baltimore, Md. (WBAL) — Three people were taken to the hospital after a collision early Tuesday in downtown Baltimore that left one vehicle on top of another.

Police said a sport utility vehicle ran a red light and ended up on top of a parked car. A car traveling north on Paca Street hit it, sending the SUV airborne and on top of another car.

The owner of one of the parked cars, University of Maryland nursing student Kelly Gregory, got a wake-up call from police, telling her what happened.

“I came out and the other car was flipped and was balancing on top of my car,” Gregory said.
