Hugo, Ore. – Firefighters responded to a vehicle rollover accident in the 400 block of Jump Off Joe Creek Road near Hugo around 9:00 Monday morning.
Rural Metro Fire said that when crews arrived they found a single vehicle struck a tree and came to rest on its side.
Firefighters said the elderly woman who was driving the car seriously injured. Once she was stabilized inside the vehicle, crews used the jaws-of-life to remove the roof and extract her.
Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
