GOLD BEACH, Ore. – Curry County no longer has a county administrator.
Wednesday, commissioners repealed an ordinance from 2017 which created the position.
Since 2018, Clark Schroeder has served as the county’s chief administrative officer.
He told NBC5 news with his departure, the commissioners will now be in charge of things like hiring and firing.
Schroeder’s final day wrapped up at 5:00 p.m.
