Grants Pass, Ore. — The Grants Pass Balloon and Kite Festival is a go.
The festival is set for June 2nd through 4th.
Each day will start with an early morning balloon launch.
Other events include balloon glows and mega-kites.
Balloons will launch from South Middle School.
On Wednesday, March 4th, the Grants Pass City Council will vote whether to help fund the festival or not.
