Upper Lake, Calif. — A magnitude 5.1 earthquake has struck in Northern California.
The quake, centered in an area near Upper Lake, California was about 11-and-a-half miles deep. It struck just before 8:00 Tuesday night. A 2.7 aftershock followed.
So far, there have been no reports of damage.
The quake was more than 40 miles inland. No tsunami warnings were issued.
